Exclusions

Certain items are excluded from the Price Match Guarantee, our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Auction sites offers.
• Wheels and Tires purchases.
• Different product make, model, and color.
• Physical Retail Store; including La Casa Del Jeep Store & Warehouse.
• Competitors' free offers, limited quantity items, clearance or overstock products.
• Typographical errors or a competitor's price that results from another price match.
• Previously price matched on orders cannot have a secondary price match applied.
• Competitors' service prices, pre-order and trade-in offers, and special daily or hourly sales.
• Merchants offering factory-reconditioned, refurbished, closeout, or previously returned items.
• Merchants offering special promotions such as sale prices, rebate offers, coupon offers, quantity discounts, special orders, and/or membership requirements for buyers and/or sellers.
• Any financing offers, bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, gift card offers, and items for special occasion like Black Friday Ads, Cyber Monday Ads, Etc.
• Unconfirmed prices or not considered "verifiable proof" of price. (The best way to show proof of price is to point us to the competitor's current ad or web site, which shows the price of the item you wish us to match and the dates for which the price is valid. If the current ad is not available, we reserve the right to contact the competitor's to verify the lower price and availability of the item).
• Products that competitors not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product. (Sometimes a retailer will advertise a very low price for a product but have only limited quantities in available. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has limited quantities of an item, then the product is not eligible for price matching).
• EBAY - Internet exclusive offers are not eligible for price match.
• Order within 30+ days of purchase date.
